• CA with 1-5 years of work experience preferable in the field of statutory audits and internal audits
• Should have done articleship from a decent mid-sized CA Firm
• Should have experience of leading and managing teams
• Should have working knowledge of Tally and ERP packages
• Thorough technical knowledge on financial reporting (Indian GAAP, taxation), IRFS, Company Law
• Ability to handle high levels of pressure and critical decision making
• Excellent communication skills
Role& Responsibilities –
• Conducting statutory audits including report writing, vouching, controls testing, performing walkthroughs, analytical review, documentation etc.
Conducting internal audit for the clients including report writing and making presentations
• Expertise in understanding of various business processes and systems, accounting policies/ principles and controls
• Testing of adherence to accounting standards
• Leading the teams of other qualified professional staff and article trainees at the client’s location
• Ensuring timely completion of IFRS and IGAAP compliant financial statements
• Engage with leadership team to develop business plans and monitor progress against the plan
• The candidate may also be required to be deputed at any client location to support the clients in statutory audits or to provide accounting support
• The candidate may also be required to travel within India for short durations as and when the need arises
