WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING –

 Assist in providing key business insights along with driving business performance and accountability through them.
 Assist in conducting feasibility analysis of various projects to be undertaken.
 Analyzing business trends along with variances from projections and investigating the reasons thereof.
 Quarterly and Monthly Management Reporting of Performance to the Board.
 Daily, Weekly and Monthly Business Performance Reporting to Senior Management.
 Analyze current and past trends in KPIs including all areas of revenue, cost and capital expenditures
 Ad-Hoc Reporting and Analysis.
 Work with a Business Intelligence Tool and Dashboard reports.
 Maintaining a homogenous data bank for central data processing

YOU HAVE –

 Completed both groups of IPCC and in 3rd year of Articleship ready to undergo 12 months of Industrial Training.
 Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
 Highest standards of accuracy and precision.
 Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
 Ability to think creatively, highly-driven and self-motivated.
 Demonstrated ability to roll-up sleeves and work with team members in a hands-on management capacity.
 VBA or knowledge of any other programming language will be an added benefit

• Ablility to multi-task and work to pre-defined deadlines in a cross-cultural environment
• Operationally oriented and experience with multi-locations would be ideal
• Have a detailed understanding of inventory control systems
• Fluent written and presentation skills with the ability to positive influence outcomes

• Ability to foster a co-operative work environment, be a good Team Player
• Establishes positive working relationships at appropriate levels
• Sets clear, challenging and rewarding goals for his or her team; works with direct reports to identify areas of development and options for meeting development targets
