Financial Due Diligence, Transaction Advisory, analyze investment need, financial and operational results of company through reviewing records, understanding industry and conducting interviews with management.

Responsibilities:
Project Management
• Meticulous attention to detail, a sense of curiosity, and the ability to learn quickly, and a dedication to customer satisfaction
• Capture and record weekly expenses
• Take initiatives and gain skillsets as per project demand
• Ensure the timely delivery of work allocated
• Ensure actions on feedback by clients / internal stakeholders

Job output

Our professionals analyze investment need, financial and operational results of company through reviewing records, understanding industry and conducting interviews with management.
• Prepare zero-defect, review-ready excel worksheets (Work Products)
• Develop a quick understanding of clients’ businesses and its derivers
• Conduct extensive research into companies and individuals
• Interpret, evaluate and prepare analysis of balance sheets, cash flow statements and business plans
• Preparing analytical schedules to be used in discussions with Management companies
• Identifying transaction focus areas based on preliminary analysis
• Researching public industry and competitor information relevant to the company
• Examining historical trends and discussing significant fluctuations and non-recurring items between periods
• Managing and contributing to complex areas of the IM-writing process
• Assisting in reviewing historical performance by identifying KPI’s, preparing MIS and analyzing operational information.
Team Work
• Proactively ensure that skills and capabilities of the team are growing
• Develop constructive working relationships with the team and assist team during time crunch
• Promote team culture and build trust
• Seeks guidance and feedback for growth and demonstrates the commitment to develop
• Mentor juniors and provide them with on-the-job training

Requirements:
• CA with minimum 3+ year of experience in Transaction Advisory (financial Due Diligence)
• Strong analytical, comprehension and problem solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
• Understanding of financials (profit & loss statement, balance sheet etc)
• Ability to perform industry research and prepare projections
• Dedication to teamwork, demonstrated leadership experience and strong personal integrity
• Ability to master new tasks quickly
• Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, with focus on PPT and Excel
• Flexibility to travel, as needed
