- Sound Knowledge of Financials / Accounting Standards, Company Law, Tax Laws etc
- Candidates should have time management and planning skills
- Initiation skills, willingness to work hard and learn
- Well-presented & excellent oral and written communication skills
- Willing to travel extensively at client place for execution
