Responsibilities:
● Prepare bank account reconciliations
● Good experience on book keeping, Invoices etc.
● Knowledge of any of one software’s like Xero, QuickBooks, Tally etc.
● Ongoing accounts payable related data-entry which requires accurately logging purchase details into the accounting system and attaching supporting documentation to transactions.
● Prepare various reports and email communication for customers, including month end financial statement deliverables
● Review and maintain records including data sheets and invoices
● Process and file documents pertaining to accounts, client contracts, invoicing, billing.
Skills and attributes:
● 2-3 years of experience in a related position
● College degree in accounting
● Passionate about technology and comfortable learning new software’s.
● Excellent computer skills with experience in MS Office Suite and Google Documents
● Well-organized with excellent attention to detail
● Works well in a dynamic team environment, is self-driven, and able to work independently
● Professionalism, efficiency and accuracy are essential
● Proven successful track record in meeting tight deadlines
● Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
● Fluent in written and spoken English
● Knowledge of cloud accounting will be an added advantage.
