The Role will be:

To take complete ownership of GST and IT compliance including but not limited to monthly and annual returns and to suggest on the proposed tax positions for any new development/campaign;
Liaising with various external stakeholders (Legal counsels, FDD teams) for M&A and other related activities and to ensure that there are no adverse impact to the company;
To maintain the MIS and analyse the financial performance of the company along with sharing the relevant updates to internal stakeholders/investors;
To evaluate various vendor/customer agreements from a business and tax efficiency perspective;
Serve as a key contributor to annual financial close process;
Review month-end reconciliations for revenue and payouts and ensuring no revenue leakages; and
To come up with ideas for investing the surplus funds in accordance with the investment policy statement. Subsequently, to track and monitor the performance of the invested funds.

Skills Required

Preferably a CA fresher/CA with 1 year of audit experience.
Must thrive in a rapid-paced and dynamic business environment
High attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to direct and supervise
Ability to solve practical problems
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong Microsoft Excel and Tally Skills
