Over All accounting
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Day to day Management of Receivables, Payables and Bank accounts
• Preparing & Presenting reliable Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly P/L & Balance Sheet for parent and subsidiaries
• Preparing & Presenting reliable Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly MIS reports for parent and subsidiaries
• Ensuring all Monthly / Quarterly / Yearly statutory and government compliance like GST, TDS, PF, PT, IT etc
• Tax planning & payment of various taxes
• Ensure accounts audit
• Finalisation of accounts of parent company, subsidiaries & personal accounts
• Recruitment & retentions of Admin & accounts staff
• Liaison with Auditors, CA, GST and other consultants
• Ensuring timely preparation and release of salary of all employees
Skills & Competencies
• Experience of working with a Manufacturing Company
• Knowledge & Experience of working with ERP
• Knowledge & Experience of working with Advanced Excel
• Willing to travel to factory minimum once a week
• Not working with a CA firm currently
Candidate Profile:
• Sex: Male
• Age: 35 - 48 years of age
• Education: CA Inter / CIMA Graduate
• Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in similar role
