1. Passing accounting entries – purchases, sales, journal, credit note, debit note, payment, receipt, TDS, GST etc.
2. Bank reconciliation and other ledger reconciliations as required.
3. Maintaining day to day accounts.
4. Sorting out incoming and outgoing daily post and answering any queries.
5. Managing petty cash transactions.
6. Assisting with audits.
7. Ensuring all payments amounts & records are accurate.
8. Enforce credit control.
9. To establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions.
10. To manage day to day operations of the accounts department.
11. Replying to e-mails as and when required.
