Position: Article Assistant
Reporting to : CA and Partner
TAXATION: We offer a bouquet of services to clients across sectors and industries regarding Direct Tax as well as Indirect Tax (Customs / Central Excise / Sales Tax / Service Tax / VAT). Tax efficient structuring of Business Enabling clients to take tax positions in-sync with latest Regulations and Judicial developments Optimizing tax cost of business Review of Business Practice – identifying areas of improvement & tax lacunae Due Diligence - Assessment of current practices and suggestions for removal of anomalies and adoption of best practices Compliance services before Regulatory Authorities Litigation support, Representation before Tax & Appellate Authorities
We are looking for a candidate who has keenness to learn, remain updated at all times, with the latest judicial developments, interpretive and analytical skills.
AUDIT & ASSURANCE
Indian Corporate and Tax Regulations increasingly stress on self compliance extending into the specific area of Audits (which supplement the need for Statutory Audit mandated by the Indian Corporate Law). Apart from providing Audit services mandated by Law, the Group also contributes value-added inputs to Management and Stakeholders through Management and Internal Audit which translate in the improvement of internal controls. The Practice also supports development of Standard Operating Procedures. Setting up of MIS Reporting Structure and Periodic Validation Verification of Statutory and Internal Compliances Database Validation with aid of CAAT Tools Review of Controls Risk Assessment Study
The candidate needs to have high analytical skills, observant, meticulous, and interpretive skills.
Academic Profile:
Students who has cleared 'IPCC' examination (both Groups or at least Group-I) or PE II/PCC examination (both Groups)
