Job Description:
At MEE- Gujarat we are looking for a person who has quality experience in the Finance domain. The ideal fit for the opportunity would be someone who has end to end experience in handling all the finance functions of a corporate and dealt with a huge turnover.
Preference would be given to a CA/ MBA Finance/ CFA Level 2,3 and to candidates who can join us on immediate basis or a maximum of 15 days time frame.

Direct and coordinate state level financial planning and budget management functions.
Building and reviewing complex financial models & analysing key business drivers
Efficient in making business plans, PPTs, IMs, Teasers, Financial projections, cash flow planning and department wise budgeting.
Identifying efficient consultants and coordinate with them for funding related activities
Expert in designing & making financial modelling. Structuring of funding transactions
Develop and implement a finance and funding strategy. Produce budgets and delivery plans to meet financial needs and targets.
Monitor benchmarks for measuring the financial and operating performance.
Monitor and analyze monthly operating results against budget.
Monitor and analyze daily and monthly cashflows.
Responsible for Fund Raising, M&A activities via banks, private equity or through any other medium.
Capable of designing the structures and draft term sheets for various funding related transactions.
Oversee daily operations of the finance department.
Responsible for all bank related activities of the state in terms of LC/BG, working capital, term loans, etc.
Responsible for tracking and ensuring timely repayments for financing facilities.
Manage the preparation of financial forecasts for the entire state.
Assist in establishing short- and long-range departmental goals, objectives, policies, and operating procedures.
Serve as primary government liaison relative to financial issues.
Coordinate financial audits and provide recommendations for procedural improvements.
To maintain good relationship with external bodies like banks, regulators, auditors and external consultants for smooth functioning of the finance department.
To keep oneself update with the updation of finance laws and make necessary changes in the system of the company.
To ensure compliance with Companies Act, FEMA, RBI, SEBI guidelines and all other applicable corporate laws.
To conduct internal monthly meeting to discuss all queries related to the finance function and clear all pending issues.
To conduct training programs for the finance team at regular intervals for updates in Acts and implementing industry best practices.
To provide direction, motivation and training to the finance team, thus ensuring optimum performance.
