This department will be responsible for the following broad areas:
- Vendor Management & Negotiations
- Procurement
- Receiving & Stocking material
- Issue of materials
- Stock taking & Optimum Stock Maintenance
- Quality Control of the Materials
. Finance (Accounts & Banking)
This department will be responsible for the following broad areas:
-Managing Project Accounts
- Managing BDB Accounts
- Assistance in Departmental Budgeting
- Managing key financial Relationships with Banks, Audit Firms, Allottees
etc
- Statutory Payments
- Member Billing
- Petty Cash Requirements & Cash Flow Management
- Managing Funds through FDs etc
- Bank Reconciliation
- Finalisation & Auditing of Books of Accounts
- TDS and other tax matters
- Suggesting Cost Effectiveness procedures / systems
- Coordinating with Internal & External Auditor

- Registration of Premises
- Transfer of Premises
- Lien on Property
- DRT
- Litigation and Court matters
- Leasing & Licensing of Premises
- License procurement
. ROC Compliance
- This department will be responsible for the following broad areas:
- Managing Meetings: Agenda, Notices & Minutes preparation
- Statutory Returns & form filling with ROC
- Trade membership Matters
- Liaising with Statutory
