a. Should be a qualified CA with at least 1~2 years of experience in IT/ITES companies or Semi Qualified with 2~3 years of experience in IT/ITES Companies
b. A candidate with similar experience, if good at working, even if not a CA/Semi-qualified is fine.
c. Should be exceptional in Tally and working experience in generating monthly MIS in excel
d. Should be good at Tax Deduction at Source provisions, e-TDS, Form 16A's, Vendor Management and calculation of Advance Taxes
e. Should have fundamental knowledge of Transfer Pricing Regulations between India and USA for limited purposes of raising export invoices on a monthly basis
f. Should have return filing and procedural knowledge in SOFTEX, ST-3 and raising Export Invoices
g. Should have primary level knowledge on Service Tax and Reverse Charge Mechanisms under Service Tax
h. Should have basic knowledge of PF, ESI, shops and Establishments Act
