Work involves helping start-ups in their compliance. We also raise funds for mid-size companies. Excellent opportunity to learn corporate finance matters. Tax compliance or corporate secretarial knowledge is an added advantage. Lack of experience in exact areas discussed above is not a constraint. Candidate must be keen to learn and progress.
