Chartered Accountant with at least 25 Years Experience
Good knowledge of Finance, Accounting and Laws relating to Income Tax, Excise, Service Tax and Sales Tax
Good knowledge of Companies Act and related obligations
Good communication and interpersonal skills for providing leadership to the department and the group.

Need candidates who has 25 Years of working Experience and who has worked in MNC's for Construction / Infrastructure/Power OR EPC.
Key Tasks & Responsibilities:
Play a key role in establishing and implementing the groups strategic plan
Establish a business plan to reflect the strategic plan of the group companies
Develop performance measures to measure and improve the groups performance
Develop and implement financial and tax strategies
Develop, implement, maintain a capital request system
Prepare cash forecasts and monitor cash balances with corrective action as necessary
Arrange for equity and debt financing, finding the most efficient and cost effective way.
Establish, implement , and monitor financial management systems
Prepare management accounts pack on a monthly basis
Provide Financial Control over the operations of the Company
Manage the budget preparation process, provide advice and support to stakeholders
Manage the Finalization of accounts and preparation of the Balance Sheet
Review and manage the finalisation of Quarterly and Annual financial statements

Analyse results, report variances and reasons and provide recommendations and advice to address
significant variances
Monitor the operation of accounting systems, controls and procedures in order to ensure the integrity of
the financial information
Ensure statutory compliances, timely submission of Excise, Service Tax, and Sales Tax Returns etc.
Prepare for changes in legislation and implement any changes necessary.
Oversee with Tax Advisors for Completion of Assessment under various statues
Provide financial management support to internal stake holders
Ensure the effective , efficient, economical and transparent use of financial and other resources
Maintain banking relationships and represent the company.
Manage the investments and investments funds of the family.
Company Secretarial duties as per law and regulations
Establish, implement and maintain a group finance structure
Performance Standards
Ensure the organisation complies with all legal requirements
Ensure timely filing of returns under Income Tax, Excise, Service Tax and Sales Tax etc.
Ensure availability of Working Capital based on efficient use of the same
Ensure timely and accurate submission of Financial MIS to the Management
Keep the organisation and the family members abreast of developments
Other Duties
Work on Projects and continuous improvement as and when required
