The candidate should be able to handle the accounts team. The responsibilities will include;
1. Managing day to day accounts functions on tally, taxation matters .
2. Handling Payment Gateways for Payment collection.
3. Preparation of balance sheets and MIS with consolidation of foreign subsidiaries and holding companies.
4. Internal Audits, managing internal controls and procedures.
5. Driving process improvements.
6. Handle taxation and related statutory compliance work such as income tax, service tax, TDS, provident fund ESI, labour board etc.
7. Visits to the banks and regulatory agencies.
8. Responsible for Payroll and all other elements of HR work related to accounting.
9. Ensuring timely preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports in adherence to accounting standards .
