• Qualified Company Secretary (ACS) with membership of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (ICSI).
• Minimum 2 (Two) years of experience working as a Company Secretary, preferably in a CA firm or consulting environment.
• Knowledge of company law, corporate governance principles, and RBI regulations.
• Excellent understanding of relevant laws, regulations, and guidelines governing corporate entities and foreign exchange transactions in India.
• Experience in handling secretarial, company law, and RBI compliance for clients across various industries.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and stakeholders.

• Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) with relevant professional certifications.
