Requirement:
1. International assignments – tax compliance and advisory services relating to inbound and outbound assignments:
- Advise on exemption and tax credit mechanism to mitigate tax implications in multiple jurisdictions
- Assistance in drafting international assignment policies and implementation of tax equalization policy
- Assistance in drafting secondment agreements to mitigate permanent establishment exposures on account of secondment
- Commenting on permanent establishment exposures arising on account of employee deputation
- Advising and monitoring withholding tax compliances of the employer
- Assistance in preparation and filing of India tax return claiming treaty relief to avoid double taxation
2. Advise on Employee compensation structuring:
- Analysis of the current employee compensation structure for different levels and examination of compensation structuring options available to the organization
3. Advise on Employee share plans
- Designing plans for private limited companies:
- Addressing any cross border tax issues with the help of our international network especially where the participants include international assignees
4. Advise and compliance relating to Provident Fund and international social security:
- Advising on the implications of the Indian regulations and the relevant Social Security Agreement between India and the other country
- Assistance in filing of PF returns for "international workers" by providing relevant extracts relating to expatriates salary/ PF information to the clients and obtaining certificate of coverage
5. Advising on foreign exchange regulations in respect of transactions between residents and non-residents
Skills & Experience : Reqd. CA Final
Required a candidate for maintaining accounts in SAP Business One environment. Hence he should be an expert in accounts as well as in SAP Business One. He should have conceptual clarity in accounts and at the same time thorough exposure to SAP is also needed.

Thorough checking of the processes being followed in different audit units, adherence to compliance and regulatory norms, to find out whether controls are effective thereby giving an assurance to management/business in terms of residual risk existing in a particular unit.
Skill set required:
a) Must be willing to travel across states within a short notice upto a maximum period of 20 days a month.
b)Analytical mind; should be keen to work with statistical datas and SQLs and interpret them.
c)Reasonable knowledge about banking and operational processes in respective groups.
d)Awareness about compliance, regulatory norms and guidelines
e)Must possesses command over writing and communication skills and effective negotiation skills.
f)Must be a Team Player.
