Job duties
Financial Operations Management
■ Should have handled team size of atleast 10 people
■ Should have experience working with global clients (US/UK/Europe)
■ Should have transition knowledge in Finance & Accounting
■ Should be excellent in people and customer management
■ Should be able to analyse and interpret complex numeric data
■ Should drive transparency in decision making through commercial support, analysis and advice
■ Should be able to independently manage and control P&L, Cash flow, Balance sheet, Budgeting, Variance analysis etc
■ Should bring to Management’s notice various areas of concern and provide root cause analysis and solutions
Operational – Financial opportunities
■ Proactively identify cost reduction/operations improvement opportunities through dissecting operational metrics and input levers
■ Put management dashboards and metrics in place to measure, track and drive timely and comprehensive execution of opportunities

Qualified Accoutant, familiar with IFRS or UK Gaap
Experience of producing financial statements for small / medium firms or entity controlling within Financial Services for smaller group companies, subsidiaries and holding companies
Experience of month end reporting for legal entities
Understanding company law and regulations, including directors duties
Understanding company structures - parents, subsidiaries, associates and how intercompany transactions work
Prior Team leading experience.
