Key Accountabilities: • Support Global Procurement Teams in Contracts administration • Drive establishing Country / Local Service Agreements for Global contracts • Engage with Procurement teams, Enterprise and Technology Services team, Finance, Legal, etc. for executing Local Service Agreements across countries • Drive in setting up vendor codes in the system across countries • Engage with suppliers in the contracting and vendor creation process • Provide timely accurate reporting related to Local service contract administration • Proactively identify, develop and implement best practice within the Contracts administration • Efficient, timely and transparent communication to internal customers and suppliers • Work within defined Procurement procedures (Ways of Working) and adhere to the Code of Business Principles at all times • Work in an effective, cohesive team environment • Will be first point of contact for LSAs status Projects: • All ETS / Global contracts which needs Country LSAs for Local Billing models Business engagement: • A strong business engagement is important for driving the LSAs execution successfully. • Trackers / Reports on regular basis to be shared to Business on the progress of the LSAs execution
