Manager Finance and operations
• Providing vertical leadership and managing implementation of improved processes in finance, and ensuring compliance as per relevant norms.
• Identifying where business changes will affect the F&A processes, playing a vital role in shaping a business strategy.

This is an individual contributor role and will not involve team management initially but will have the opportunity to mentor a team of finance professionals.
Responsibilities
The Financial Analyst reports to the Senior Manager – Finance or his nominee of corporate FP&A (financial, planning & analysis).
This position will be responsible for effectively capturing, tracking and reporting financial data; and for independently organizing, analyzing and presenting data related to Global IRI operations.
This position requires knowledge of financial analysis concepts, budgeting and forecasting.
While many of the activities are routine in nature, the focal point of the position will center around the preparation and automation of financial reports out of the FP&A group utilizing tools such as Oracle Financials, Siebel, Oracle Discoverer, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Key Responsibilities:
• Leads the effort in preparing monthly/quarterly financial management reports and KPIs comparing financial results versus plan.
• Following monthly closes, liaises with business analysts to produce main deviations from plan and support risk and opportunity analysis.
• Leads the effort in preparing weekly pipeline report and revenue opportunities.
• Provides periodic and ad hoc analysis on the performance of the Company
• Assists in the development, testing and deployment of automated processes.
• Performs system maintenance on current revenue financial systems
• Ensures consistent financial discipline is applied and articulated with respect to all business decisions
• Also Raising Invoices for client called IRI

This position requires significant breadth of competencies including financial analysis, systems and project management and leadership skills.

Experience
• Minimum of 4 years of Finance experience and a minimum of 2 years in financial systems maintenance and / or implementation environment.
• Chartered Accountant (CA) or equivalent CPA and / or MBA preferred.
• Exceptional analytic and problem solving skills.
• Ability to coordinate and prioritize multiple tasks in a deadline – driven environment. Very time-line oriented.
• Advanced Excel modeling skills and experience, including Visual Basic.
