• Direct Tax matters – compiling & filing I-tax returns of High Networth Individuals, Firms, LLPs, Companies, NGOs
• Direct Tax matters – Support and compliance services for TDS/withholding tax
• Direct Tax matters – Responding to notices and scrutiny assessments
• Statutory and Internal Audits of Listed/Public/Private Limited Companies, Non-Corporate Business Entities, Large branches of Banks & NGOS
• Tax Audits
• Audit under VAT of different states
• Company Law Matters (including formation)
• LLP matters (including formation)
• Working Capital Funding –Appraisals/proposals
• Service Tax Matters, including computation of Service Tax Liability, handling of Service tax Audits, responding to and filing representations with revenue authorities
• Training and guidance to Organisations for GST compliances
