2.Knowledge of Indian GAAP, Ind AS,AS,NBFCs Regulations, Limited review of listed companies, ROC ,GST,ICDS and Income Tax compliances, etc
3.Technically sound and well versed with provisions of Companies Act, Income Tax Act, ICDS, GST, Accounting Standards and other related laws.
4.Client dealing, communication and work management.

Qualifications:
1. Chartered Accountant.
2. A minimum of 10 years of progressive financial management experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity, preferably within a publicly traded company.
3. Profound knowledge of financial reporting standards (e.g., Ind-AS), securities laws, and stock exchange regulations.
4. Demonstrated experience in managing investor relations, equity and debt financing, and M&A transactions.
5. Strong expertise in risk management, corporate governance, and financial controls.
6. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to forge strong relationships with stakeholders at various levels.
