1. Preparation of Quarterly Profit & Loss Statement.
2. Preparation of Half yearly Balance Sheet & Profit & Loss Statement.
3. Preparation of Annual Financial Statement.
4. Liaison with Statutory Auditor completing Annual Accounts.
5. Preparation of Annual Budget.
6. Preparing Tax Audit Reports.
7. Advance Tax Calculation for every Quarter.
8. Maintaining Fixed Asset Register.
9. Preparation of Annual Income Tax Return. Income Tax Related Matter
10. Monthly Payment of TDS.
11. Filing TDS Return.
12. Replying to Notice received from Income Tax Department.
13. Handling Income Tax Scrutiny, Appeals & Appearance before ITO.
14. Preparation of Networth Certificate for NSE, BSE, MCX, CDSL.
15. Preparation of Interest Schedule.
16. Checking of Cash Vouchers, Bank Payment Voucher and Journal Voucher.
17. Authorizing Bank payment.
18. Attending NMMC related matters.
