1. Expertise in accounting and related financial topics.
2. Well versed in Tally ERP software.
3. Considerable work experience in the field of accounting.
4. Has a flair for teaching.
5. Is available for at least 25-30 hours every week to work on this project. In these 25-30 hours, we would need them to be in our office (Gurgaon for at least three days (at least 5-7 hours) a week and the rest of the hours may be covered by working remotely.
We are a technology company on a mission to equip students with relevant skills & practical exposure through internships and online trainings. We are working towards building the best online training program on Accounting with Tally. Our training programme is meant for beginners and we intend to teach the fundamentals of accounting and the basic concepts of Tally ERP software. It will be a video-based training with animations, screencasts and other visuals aids to help the learning process. The duration of the training programme will be 6 weeks and it will contain text chapters, video lessons, quizzes, module tests, assignments and a project. It is a fun, exciting and well-paid partnership for the next 6-12 months.
The SME would have to -
1. Work with the content manager in developing the training content.
2. Prepare a Table of Contents for the training programme.
3. Provide text documents with screenshots if required for each topic
4. Provide text questions, assignments, project problem statement and solutions
5. Provide learner support (i.e. doubt clearing) via forum - usually the SME will need to spend ~1 hour per day to answer enrolled students queries related to the subject that are asked in the Q&A forum
