The Share Plans team:-
· implements and manages the executive incentive plans and all-employee plans for both plc and Limited globally;
· works with internal teams, in particular company secretarial, tax, legal and global mobility, and external administrators and advisors to support grant and implementation of all the share plans; and
· provides a core area of expertise around share plan managements and administration.
At least 3 years’ experience in a share plan administration function within a listed global organization with significant variety of operating subsidiaries, or service provider working with global clients
· Proven ability to meet deadlines and be aware of the confidential nature of transactions
· Roles that have required good organisational skills
