Calculate and make tax payments. Manage tax litigation. Manage tax audits. Drive tax planning. Monitor tax developments and update to all stake-holders. Ensure that inter-co. transactions meet the tax requirements. Advise business partners on tax impact on various transactions / new initiatives. Timely management reporting.
