Administrative & Accounts executive required.
Candidate needs to be Graduate/Post Graduate (In commerce/finance stream i.e. B.Com/M.Com/MBA) & Knowledge of Accounting Fundamentals & basic HR process
Overall Job Purpose & Key Accountabilities:
Accounting
- Updating books of accounts in Tally
- TDS calculation & filing of returns
- Tracking GST
- Monthly financial reporting
HR
- Scheduling interviews & calling candidates
- Calculating monthly salary & leave tracking
- Preparing offer letter, bonus letter, relieving letter & other HR related letter
- Generating & distributing pay slip
Mandatory Requirements
Graduate/Post Graduate (In commerce/finance stream i.e. B.Com/M.Com/MBA)
Preference will be given to candidates having prior experience of accounting & HR work
Minimum Experience & Skill Requirements
0-2 years of post-qualification experience in Accounting, Taxation & HR
Basic Knowledge of GST, TDS, Financial reporting
Compensation Range
1.25 Lakhs to 3.oo Lakhs per annum depending on experience, current compensation and profile match
