4) Handling Accounting and Taxation of Trusts.
5) Preparing Tax Status Report.
Profile for International Tax:
1) Attend queries related to FEMA, International Tax, WHT, from NRI clients and various Banks.
2) Handle repatriation / transfer / remittances requests from Bank and others
3) Preparing monthly updates in relation to the circulars/notifications issued by Reserve Bank of India.
4) Supervising FROIs, Notices, Scrutiny & other Tax related work.
5) Preparing Standards for FEMA related topics and updation of standards already prepared.
6) Updation of the Website content and booklets in relation to FEMA.
