This position has overall responsibility of tax related matters of the Company like
(a) Preparation, finalization and uploading of annual tax returns
(b) Computation of overall tax liability and advance tax details
(c) Annual returns and related inputs to DSIR (U/s 35(2AB))
(d) Deferred tax and Current tax liabilities
(e) Supervising the adherence of Statute across the Plants ie., TDS deduction and remittance, Quarterly returns and Annual returns and issue of relevant forms etc.
(f) Drafting replies to IT notices and attending / representing on behalf of the Company with IT Officials
(g) Other Direct tax related matters.
The position is for a leading manufacturing company located in Chennai. Post qualification CA experience of at-least 2.5 years is required. Candidates from manufacturing background are preferred.
