Audit Senior

Job Description

Execute on a portfolio of domestic and international clients and be responsible for the timeliness and quality of the work of the client service team. Develop and maintain productive working relationships with client personnel and assess clients' satisfaction. Adapt the audit approach to the changing client environment. Demonstrate a thorough understanding of complex accounting and auditing concepts and apply them to client situations. The role requires technical knowledge of audit and accounting standards and strong project management skills along with well-developed communication and leadership skills. Audit seniors work on increasingly challenging engagements, in order to gain the experience and skills needed to manage a portfolio. Audit seniors typically manage small teams of 4-5 audit associates. Your team size and nature of work will vary depending on complexity of client

Skills Required

•Chartered Accountant/ ACCA/ CPA
•0-2 years post-qualification experience from midsized to Big 4 audit firms.
•extensive Audit experience, should have independently handled audits
•advanced written and verbal communication skills
•energy, enthusiasm and flexibility
•empathy, patience, confidence, seeks continuous improvement
•robust and assertive, able to handle conflicting demands and priorities
•attention to detail
•provide on-the-job training for developing auditing skills and familiarity with the firms methodology
