Job Description

The person would be responsible for the accounts and finance function of the company. Further he would also be responsible for the legal and secretarial functions of the organization.
He should take care of the financing need of the company also which includes liaison with banks and financial institution. Apart from all these he is going to be responsible for the various MIS to be designed and generated as per the need of the company.
He would also be responsible to interact with the statutory auditors of the company and to take care of the direct and indirect taxation of the company with the help of consultants.
He is going to lead a team of around ten to fifteen member which consists of qualified and non- qualified professionals.
He would report directly to the Board.
Develops and implements finance and accounting processes in line with the overall corporate
policy.
Prepare and provide various MIS to the management on periodic basis.
Directs the preparation on monthly basis of all financial reports, including income statements,
balance sheets and reports for government regulatory agencies / statutory processes for the
Company and comparisons of same on month on month basis in percentage terms.

Co-ordination for various compliance of PF & ESI with the consultant
Checking of income tax cases preparation.
Ensures all statutory compliances, as per both State and Central laws are in place for the
organization and establishes robust processes to ensure 100% compliance at all locations.
Overall monitoring for the team-work.
Preparation and co-ordination for the Merger & Amalgamation cases of the company.
Build a strong Finance and Accounting organization for the business.
