• Understanding of Client Business and Meeting with Functional Experts
• Compliance GAP analysis and process study
• Implementing product as per business requirement
• Handling Support issues related to domain
• Escalating technical issues to development team
• Feedback to product team for Product enhancements and improvements
Product Development
• Preparation of Requirement Document, Flow chart, Test Case, Change log, Release note
• Preparing User Manual and FAQ’s
