Head of Finance

Job Description

To lead a team to deliver the desired organizational goals with optimal utilization of resources and operational efficiency in order to achieve the targeted profitability

Skills Required

1. Identify revenue, manage costs in order to achieve the desired EBITDA
2. Initiating and implementing the finance strategies of the company
3. To provide financial reports and budgets to achieve the goals of the company.
4. Responsible for the company financial, accounting and credit functions
5. To ensure timely disbursal /receipts of payments to creditors
6. To ensure the book of accounts is maintained as per the standards on timely basis
7. On time accurate submission of analyzed reports and any deviation in financial management to be brought to the notice of management.
8. To engage with the team through various initiatives like training, performance management, continual feedback , coaching and reward and recognize people in order to motivate them to deliver desired results.
9. Monitor payable position and raise flag/ resolve issues and Prepare cash flow and fund flow statement & allocate funds for the various requirements and investing surplus funds
10. Act as bank voucher signatory for and authorize expenditure up to limits as per department protocol
