• Responsible to work closely with BIG 4 on internal as well as annual statutory audits. Responsible to ensure financials including schedules are prepared in compliance with IGAAP as well as IFRS within stipulated timelines.
• Responsible to ensure internal control framework is strong and is relevant to the business.
• Work closely with business teams as well as other finance functions (controlling, Tax, legal) to recommend and implement new accounting changes as well internal policies decided from time to time.
• Responsible to prepare internal policies and procedures (SOPs) which are aligned with accounting standards as well as business requirements
• Responsible to work closely with rest of the accounting team to ensure timely completion of the Monthly end closing within global timelines.
• Create awareness and conduct trainings as required across the company on the technical accounting.
• Ability to understand accounting/ operational processes quickly, identify gaps and guide /drive improvements.
• Strong Conceptual Clarity to support Internal Audit and implement the recommendations
