Job Description:
Undertaking research on the following aspects using different search engines, subscribed databases, government records, stock exchanges and other Public domain information:

•Key industry trends, attributes, etc.
•Key fiscal and regulatory implications for identified sectors
•M&A Transactions
•Industry Financial performance analysis – ratio analysis, peer multiples, etc.
•Other developments impacting the industry

•Assisting in studying the operations of various players including financial analysis, growth plans, etc.
•Involvement in assignment execution including creating and developing various documents, presentations, spreadsheets, etc.

Skills Required

Skills/ Knowledge:

•Good awareness and information about identified sectors
•Good knowledge about Companies law, FEMA, and direct tax regulations
•Good knowledge about stock exchange
•Good communication and presentation skills
•Exposure to working with databases like Prowess, Capital Market, etc.
•Knowledge and exposure to financial analysis including financial modeling, ratio analysis, etc.

Experience:

•3 to 4 years of relevant experience
