Managing Direct & Indirect Taxation
- Ensuring timely filing of tax returns and completion of tax assessment of Holding Company and all SPVs
- Regular review of all tax positions
- Dealing with all the Department of Taxes & Consultants
- Oversee tax planning with regard to the indirect taxes like VAT, Service tax, WCT for various projects
- Oversee Statutory compliances, internal/external audits
