Ensure compliance with Indian accounting practices, Statutes and Direct and Indirect Taxation. •Responsible for formulating policies, procedures & systems for finance processes which would lead to greater cost optimization and controls. •Responsible for financial control of the company operations. •Timely Collection/Receivables. •Responsible for maintenance of accurate accounting books. Invoicing, Inter Company transactions, Accounts Receivables management, Bank reconciliation etc .Weekly cash flow and fund management .Preparing Monthly, quarterly and yearly financial .Preparation of XBRL .Audit support .other Requests . Dealings with statutory auditors for finalization of quarterly and annual financials.
Supervising employees payroll processing and related compliance with taxation, provident fund and other statutory laws.
Ensuring Monthly Closing and other monthly, quarterly and annual MIS. Dealing with bankers for loans etc
Annual operating and capex budgets and variance analysis. Preparation of financial presentations using power point.
