This opening is with renowned financial services company with diversified business portfolio in broking, insurance, lending and other financial services businesses.
He / she will be responsible for computation of taxable income and tax thereon for financial reporting purposes and for payment of advance tax on a quarterly basis, computation of final taxable income and tax thereon at the year ended for closing of statutory accounts. While determining the taxable income he / she will be responsible for review of ledger accounts, financial statements and meet with the business people to understand the business transactions. He / she will be responsible for managing the tax audit, domestic transfer pricing assignments and filing of income tax returns. He / she will manage assessment of income tax returns and will coordinate with F&A team to collate data. He / she will represent before the tax officer for assessment purposes. He / she will help in drafting appeals against the assessment orders passed.
Chartered Accountant with 2 years of experience. He / she should have very good communication and submission drafting skills, flair for understanding the commercial transactions. He/she should have good inter-personal skills. Knowledge of service tax and VAT will be an added advantage.
