Job Description:
We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of Microsoft tools and Tally accounting software, as well as excellent communication skills. This is a great opportunity for an unexperienced candidate to gain valuable experience in a fast-paced office environment.
Responsibilities:
Utilize Microsoft tools to create, edit and manage documents and spreadsheets
Assist with data entry and management using Tally accounting software
Communicate effectively with team members and clients via phone, email and in-person
Assist with general office tasks such as filing, scheduling and organizing
Qualifications:
Strong knowledge of Microsoft tools and Tally accounting software
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
