- Manage day-to-day financial transactions and ensure accurate and timely recording of all financial activities.
- Process invoices, receipts, and payments, and perform regular reconciliations.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements and reports for management review.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather financial data and support budgeting processes.
- Stay updated on industry trends and changes in accounting regulations
- Handle vendor relationships and resolve any financial discrepancies in a timely manner.
- Capability to understand, analyse and interpret numeric data.
Responsibilities for Article Assistants
- For assisting with accounting and taxation work, handling audit and statutory compliances, and performing internal audits
- Assisting in preparing and finalizing balance sheets, profit and loss statements, and other financial reports
- CA IPCC, ICWA Intermediate or
- B.Com/M.com with committed interests in above fields having fairly good communication and computing skills covering basic advanced excel, tally, word and power point workings.
- Proven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Experience in the accounting or audits
- Start date is flexible, but an immediate joiner is a plus
