Job Description

Accounting –
1. Accounts Receivables, Ageing analysis, Customer advances monitoring, control and closing
2. Accounts Payables, Ageing analysis, Vendor advances monitoring, checking and closing
3. Expenses audit – bill checking with approvals and Budget and approve before booking in SAP
4. Trial Balance scrutiny
5. Monthly closing of books and period. – Expenses checking, Provisions, Exchange fluctuation, Depreciation run etc.
6. Fixed Asset Accounting in SAP and Maintaining Fixed Asset Register
Finance –
1. Daily Cash Flow and Funds Flow monitoring and reporting
2. Vendor Payments planning, checking and releasing as per plan.
3. Customer collection monitoring and follow up as per due dates.
4. Customer tooling/ED&D payments monitoring and follow up
5. Strategic Budgeting – Annual Budget Preparation, reporting and getting approval, Monitoring on monthly basis.
Audits, Assessments & Compliances –
1. Preparation of Financials, depreciation schedules, Cash Flow and other schedules for statutory audit purpose.
2. Independently handling of Statutory and Tax Audit, coordination with auditors
3. Checking GST, TDS compliances monthly.
4. Handling Income Tax notices, Assessments and closing.
MIS –
1. Monthly Balance sheet and PL preparation, analysis and reporting
2. Monthly Cash Flow preparation and reporting
3. Customer and Vendor Ageing checking and reporting
4. Monthly Review Meeting – PPT preparation and presenting to HOD.
5. Expenses analysis with Budgets and previous period.
6. Review of Finance policies and update as per current requirements.
SAP -
1. Month Closing activity in SAP
2. SAP FICO functional working experience minimum 4-5 years must
3. Checking of work orders in SAP and its status
4. Cost run in SAP
