Unwarranted problems faced by UNRESERVED/ WAITING classes passengers while commuting in Railways is our theme area.

We here request all of u to forward ur suggestion/opinion/comments regarding Unwarranted problems faced by UNRESERVED/ WAITING classes passengers .

This will help us in giving a good & robust framework while shaping the final design.

But , remind u , do not send or comment about ur experiences while travelling with UNRESERVED/ WAITING classes.

Because we r not here to address ur problem , ie. specific problem, rather we r in the process of designing a overall solution to the whole of the problem so as to make future time of travel better & free of tention for all who r commuting in Railway.

So u r wise enough to describe the solution u need to be at the hands of UNRESERVED/ WAITING classes passengers.

This definitely help us while proceeding for the finalization of the design.

I have gone through your ttached file.

Nice photo yar.

It shows our meserable status of both people & tha Railway.

Your proposal is highly appriciable one.

But can this be made reality in a country like INDIA.

Still thanks for the new innovative idea.

If it becames reality , then we would proudly say INDIAN RAILWAY

Indeed it's a fact that the unreserved passengers are treated like sheep. All I can say is, I do not know how the problem can be solved with so many people forced to travel in that bogie due to last minute plans and also poor people who can't afford a reserved ticket. What I would propose is:

- 2 unreserved coaches per train is sufficient, but make proper arrangements for passengers. The bogies should be kept clean, and the lavatories hygienic. Those passengers should be treated at par with the reserved class passengers.

- The wooden stands should be done away with, and cushion seats should be introduced.

- Instead of the present structure, a 2-tier class should be introduced, which would enable people to comfortably sit on the upper berth as well. There will be a little cramming, but that would be fine.
