Sorry ! In a way you are right, but,
1. As an employee you have delegated powers which have to be utilised in discharge of your duties whereas in case of a sole propritor of a business you a the whole soul and have all the vested powers required
2. Career is not business, it is an achievement that one makes with the varied experience and the ups and downs like in the business, no doubt are here to, but, such ups and downs can easily be met by switch overs, which in case of business are not easy
3. Career rest on educational and other values whereas business is vetted much more by experience and power to rule rather than education. A grocery seller is doing business but, a charted accountant has built his career in accountancy through education and his profession is business for him since he earns his livelihood from it

Dear Vikas,
That is why, it is said.. Your are the owner and employee both... You should Have both qualities....
For an example when you are tired not willing to work..
As an owner direct yourself and back to work...
and When any target to achieve work like employee to achive the target for your boss that is You...
