According to science in a day we come across 60,000 thougts. So managing every wrong and right thought becomes something very difficult. Every thought has a frequency and it could be measured. The good or positive thoughts have a high frquency and bad or negative thoughts have a low frquency. So an easy way to monitor your frequencies is to monitor your feelings. If you are feeling good it means you are on a higher frequency and if you are feeling bad it means you are on a lower frequency. And so you will subsequently attract all the similar things on that particular frequency.
For example, If your day begins with something wrong, then you feel bad about it. If you continue feeling bad then it means you are on a low frequency and all the other things on that frequency such as anger, irritation, sadness will be attracted and your day will be filled with all the wrong things that will make you feel more bad. And at the end of the day you will say today was a bad day. But actually you were responsible for that. If you would have shifted you lower frequency to a higher frequency just by ignoring something that went wrong and started feeling good then your day would have been far better and good.
