IF A ICAI STUDENT DOES ANY FAULT.....................THEN ICAI INSTITUTE IMPOSES SO MANY CONDITIONS & PENALITIES ON US. NOW WHAT SHOULD ICAI INSTITUTE SAY ABOUT THEIR WAY OF WORK ? WHO'S FAULT IS THIS ?
