for what purpose you need xml file? its not for use of assesee but its authorization language for incometax server,
if u want to revise any return u have to fill the form again with help of hard copy in hand.
GSTR 9 and 9C for FY 23-24 as amended by Notification 12/2024 dated 10th July 2024(with recording)
