whether can i obtain xml file of return filed on AY 2009-10 from income tax site b/c i have only hard copy of acknowledgement.If yes then tell me how it will be obtained? I hv searched income tax site but could not find tht.

for what purpose you need xml file? its not for use of assesee but its authorization language for incometax server,
if u want to revise any return u have to fill the form again with help of hard copy in hand.
