For next 30days the additional fees will be twice the actual filing fees. If the actual filing fees is Rs. 500 then the fees for delay upto next 30days will be Rs 1500. Find attached the circular for addition filing fees.

Thankyou for your reply Sneha.
But last year, Late fees for form 23AC and ACA - XBRL was imposed from the actual due date of filing of the form and the extended due date was not considered for payment of additional fees.
Is there any such notification this year also?
Whether late fees will have to be paid from the actual due date of filing or extended due date of filing.
Thanks..

Amit ji,
Yes, the late fee shall be calculated from the actual due date of filing and not from the extended due date as provided by Ministry. The additional fee shall be as per Schedule X and w.e.f. actual due date of filing.

Thankyou Mr. Ankur for your reply. But will you please explain how this interpretation has been made and why late fee is being charged from the actual due date??
Thanks..

Late fee will be charged w.e.f. the actual due date. Date has been extended for the convenience of the Stake holders and after expiry of such extended time, the status will become normal and fees shall be charged as per schedule X.
