Is there a possibility that a company can voluntarily file its financial in XBRL
Yes, voluntary filing is encouraged for those C&I companies who are not covered in the first phase.
For the companies which fall under XBRL slab filing under XBRL is compusory. but as a good practice other companies can also file under XBRL.
