we have deduct TDS on material invoice by mistake & paid to govt.

supplier claiming short payment receive.

I think u should inform to the supplier that by mistake u had Deducted the same , so just just supplier need to receive their tds receivalble account n Claim the same while Annual Return Prepare iof It Law

First of all, Please clarify the tds deducted by you is
1. tds under income tax
2. tds under GST act
please clarify
