Wrongly Service Tax registration no. Obtained

Sir, You are CA and u asked the procedure. Its a very shamful matter. If our CA'a ask the procedure then who will regulate our Corporate world. Pl. take it easy. Do'nt worry you need to submit the Wrong ST Registration with stating the correct reason to Excise & ST Deptt for cancellation and Submit fresh Application for correct one. I am not a CA.
